No. You can't do it on your own.

This is only possible where the calculation makes it possible. Then enter the number of designs (i.e. names) in the appropriate field. In this case the quantity means the sum of all designs. For example, the number of designs 4 and the quantity of 1000 means that you will receive 4 x 250 business cards. If the calculation allows it, any division is possible. Most often, the minimum quantity of one design is 100 pieces.
 

Yes you can. Not all feasible products are included in the offer. Please send a request via the contact form.

Unfortunatelly, not. And this is not only about the price issue, but about the fact that the prints are made collectively at the target volume. We can possibly send samples of products made in the past.

Not necessarily. Please send your project for free verification. Please deliver it by e-mail or in any other way. We will check your project for free. We will notify you if it is correct, requires corrections or re-make.
 

Not necessarily, but a formal order is required to commission a design service. We do not make or send projects until a transaction is concluded.

No! The project concerns only the general formula. If it is already accepted, the preparation of several additional projects differing only in data will be free.

We need guidance and data from you to complete the project. Any suggestions and additional materials such as logos, photos, texts are welcome. As soon as the artwork is ready we will send it by email for approval. If you have any doubts or comments regarding it, we will apply them. Don't worry - we will work on it until your full satisfaction.

Up to 3 business days after receiving instructions and materials.

The first day counts from the day after agreeing the guidelines and sending any materials. If you are buying an item for which you order a design service, please take into account that the deadline for completing the entire order (product + design) may be extended by the time it takes to complete the design and acceptance. We work from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

No, we present one proposal. If it is in your opinion insufficient, then on the basis of the comments submitted, we are preparing another proposal including amendments.

You have the right to submit comments to it. Then we make corrections and send again for approval. And so until happy ending :)
 

Copyrights to projects in accordance with law remain the property of the Seller until they are bought or withdrawn with the consent of the Seller.

Unfortunately not! The project concerns only a utility model. Logotypes are priced differently.

If you bought the product along with the ordering an additional design service, the deadline may be extended by the time needed to complete the artwork and acceptance. We work from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Don't forget to add the shipping time.

We often manage to make an order 1 or 2 days ahead of time, but we cannot guarantee it. From time to time, unfortunately, we sometimes delay the performance of the contract, due to failure or repeated performance, if we find that the goods do not meet the quality requirements. We always try to inform you about this situation.

Only orders that have not yet been processed can be canceled. The customer does not bear any costs. If any work has been done on it or when developing a project for it, unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel such an order.

Yes, please ask for non-standard products via the contact form.

When the order is processed, it is usually impossible to change the design. Therefore, please check the design carefully before sending it to print. Any complaints regarding errors or mistakes noted in the text and graphics will not be considered.

We prefer the PDF format as print-ready files.

We also accept other graphic file formats.

Works are printed in the form in which they were provided by the client. The printing house is not obliged to make corrections, modifications, etc.

If it is technically possible, we can make such corrections at the request of the customer, but this may involve an additional cost.

The printing house checks the sent files before printing, however, it does not guarantee 100% certainty of detecting any errors revealed in the print. The printing house guarantees proper preparation for printing only if the customer purchases the project execution service.

We try to handle complaints immediately. However, in some cases it may take longer. The maximum time is 14 days from receiving the complained products.

In the event of a negative consideration of a complaint, the costs of delivery and re-sending the goods shall be borne by the Customer.
 

Complaints about damage to shipments in transit must be reported immediately. If the damage is visible immediately upon receipt, a damage report should be made. Ask the courier who delivers the package to do so in your presence. Then send the report to us.

Complaints regarding the quality of services or products may be submitted within 14 days of receipt at the latest. After submitting a complaint, it should be sent in writing to the Printing House. You must also provide the entire advertised order item to the Printing House's address via the shipping company. The cost of shipping if the complaint is accepted will be covered by the printing house.

Generally yes. Please contact prior the dispatch. Sometimes making some photos is enough to consider claim positive. Complaints regarding the quality of the print, if 100% of the complaint printout is not sent, may be considered negatively.

There are some technological limitations imposed by printing. We do not guarantee perfect color reproduction, especially when it comes to comparisons with colors on customer monitors.

Slight color differences may occur in relation to printing the same work on different machines and at different times. Such differences are not subject to complaint

Due to the specificity of production, the amount of ordered goods received may vary. In most cases these differences are not greater than +/- 5%. In the case of more technologically advanced goods, e.g. embossed business cards, spot varnished or hot-stamping, these differences may reach up to 10%.
